How it feels

הפחדנים הוא סרט קולנוע ישראלי משנת 1980, בבימויו של אבי נשר עם מאיר סוויסה וחלי גולדנברג בתפקידים הראשיים. זה היה סרטו השלישי של נשר לאחר הצלחת סרטיו "הלהקה" (1977) ו"דיזנגוף 99" (1979) והוא זכה להצלחה פחותה. בסרטיו אלו פעלה לצדו בת זוגו, שרון הראל, שהייתה שותפה לתסריט, לליהוק ולהפקה של שלושת הסרטים, אך לאחר הפקת סרטים אלו נפרדו דרכיהם. בסרט משחק גיא פינס בתפקיד קטן כילד וכן ציפורה צברי שהוכתרה ב-1928 כאסתר המלכה העברייה העלילה היא סיפור אהבה רומנטי בין פקיד דואר קטן שמפחד מהחיים ובורח אל עולם של פנטזיות, לשכנתו החדשה – צעירה יפה בשם לימור, שהיא הפילגש הבודדה של גבר נשוי ועשיר.
