How it feels
It is 1945 in the final days of World War II. A young women's ground crew supports a Soviet assault aviation regiment. Lieutenant Volynin's plane is shot down and he is rescued by his air gunner and a Polish teacher. Volynin must deal with the loss of his friend and the woman he loved just before victory.
