Dealing with the Devil (originaltittel: Yu mo gui da jiao dao de ren) er en kinesisk dramafilm fra 1980 regissert av Lin Lan. Filmen handler om en kommunistisk sympatisør som arbeider undercover i Shanghais finansverden. Handlingen er satt til 1947, i slutten av den kinesiske borgerkrigen hvor nasjonalistene fremdeles satt ved makten. Hovedrollen spilles av Guo Yuntai. Den ble tildelt prisen for fremragende film ved Huabiao Awards (delt med flere filmer). Filmen er også kjent under den engelske tittelen The Man Who Deals with the Devils og To Deal With The Devil.
