ไอ๊หยา อาตือ เป็นภาพยนตร์ไทยที่ออกฉายในปี พ.ศ. 2524 เป็นภาพยนตร์แนวตลกแบบแปลก แหวกแนว จากกำกับของกำธร ทัพคัลไลย นับเป็นผลงานเรื่องที่ 4 ของกำธรหลังจากมีผลงานมาก่อนหน้านั้นแล้ว 3 เรื่อง คือ ทายาทป๋องแป๋ง, เขยใหม่ปึ๋งปั๋ง และเต้าฮวยไล้เหลี่ยว ซึ่งทำรายได้รวมกันถึง 19 ล้านบาท โดยภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ได้พระเอกชื่อดังในยุคนั้นอย่างสรพงศ์ ชาตรีเป็นผู้วางแผนงาน ไอ๊หยา อาตือ ได้ถูกนำกลับมาสร้างใหม่เป็นละครโทรทัศน์ในปี พ.ศ. 2546 ออกอากาศทางช่อง 3 ทุกวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 18.35 น. กำกับการแสดงโดย ศรัทธา ศรัทธาทิพย์ โดยมีการดัดแปลงให้จากคดีขโมยวัตถุโบราณเป็นคดีค้ายาบ้าแทน แต่ให้ชื่อตัวละครยังเหมือนเดิมทุกอย่าง นำแสดงโดย สมชาย เข็มกลัด, อลิชา ไล่ศัตรูไกล, พรนภา เทพทินกร, ศราวุธ นวแสงอรุณ และกรุง ศรีวิไล โดยเวอร์ชั่นนี้ยังได้ สมบัติ เมทะนี และปิยะมาศ โมนยะกุล ผู้รับบท ศักดิ์ระบือ, อาตือ และ ชาลินี ในเวอร์ชั่นภาพยนตร์มาร่วมแสดงด้วยในบทพลตำรวจตรีปืนไทยและคุณหญิงเรวดี (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
