Está protagonizada por José Sacristán, Luis Escobar, Antonio Ozores, Jenny Llada y Azucena Hernández, entre otros. La película se planeó y rodó en apenas unos días para que pudiera ser estrenada antes de la previsible victoria del PSOE de Felipe González en las elecciones generales del 28 de octubre de 1982.
