Marita – et dokument fra noen som overlevde, i dagligtale «Maritafilmen», er en norsk dokumentarfilm fra 1983 som omhandler det ulovlige rusmiljøet i Oslo på starten av 1980-årene. Oppfølgeren ble utgitt i 1996 med tittelen Marita – En advarsel fra noen som overlevde. Leiv Holstad var initiativtaker til dokumentaren. Han etablerte året etter Maritastiftelsen. Stiftelsen brukte filmen i sitt forebyggende arbeid mot ulovlige rusmidler. De reiste rundt og besøkte norske skoler. Sammen med filmvisningen fortalte personer som tidligere hadde rusproblemer, og som hadde gjennomgått vellykket rehabilitering, om sitt liv.
