Twist again à Moscou est un film français réalisé par Jean-Marie Poiré, sorti en 1986. À l'instar de Papy fait de la résistance (le précédent film de Poiré), le film réunit l'« ancienne » génération d'acteurs (dont font partie les expérimentés Philippe Noiret, Bernard Blier, Jacques François) et la « nouvelle », représentée notamment par Christian Clavier et Martin Lamotte (qui ont co-écrit le scénario avec Poiré), Agnès Soral (forte du succès de Tchao Pantin), Anaïs Jeanneret et Roland Blanche.
