Egomania – Insel ohne Hoffnung on vuonna 1986 ensi-iltansa saanut Christoph Schlingensiefin ohjaama ja käsikirjoittama saksalainen kokeellinen draamaelokuva, jonka pääosia näyttelevät Udo Kier ja Tilda Swinton. Schlingensief tuotti elokuvan Wolfgang Schulten kanssa. Egomania – Insel ohne Hoffnung kuvattiin Saksassa, Hampurin kaupungissa ja Schleswig-Holsteinin osavaltiossa, jossa elokuvaa kuvattiin Nordfrieslandin piirikunnan pienessä Langeneßin kunnassa. Hampurissa elokuvan kuvauspaikkana oli Speicherstadt. Egomania – Insel ohne Hoffnung sai ensi-iltansa Hofin elokuvajuhlilla Hofissa, silloisessa Länsi-Saksassa, 24. lokakuuta 1986.
