《我的愛》是1986年的台灣電影，由張毅導演，由楊惠姍、丁也恬、王侠軍及楊麗菁主演，劇本改編自蕭颯的中篇小說《唯良的愛》，此片和另外兩部也是張毅導演的《玉卿嫂》、《我這樣過了一生》並列為「女性電影三部曲」。《我的愛》的情節在敘述女主角面對先生外遇後的反應以及生活的變化。 此片被美國紐約綜藝雜誌年鑒，評選為台灣電影百年﹙1895-1995﹚十大電影傑作之一。楊惠姍因本片入圍第23屆金馬獎最佳女主角。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
