"천사 늪에 잠들다"는 한국에서 제작된 지청언 감독의 1986년 드라마 영화이다. 금보라 등이 주연으로 출연하였고 김원두 등이 제작에 참여하였으며 개정영화법 실시 후 첫 부산 출신 신인 영화감독 작품인 한편 본인(지청언)의 고향 부산에서 올 로케이션으로 촬영됐음에도 영상파적인 감각을 빌었으나 대체로 보편적인 방법으로 처리한 터라 무리가 없어 멜로 드라마의 범주를 벗어나지 못해 흥행 실패했고 지청언 감독은 두 번째 영화 연출작인 《신의 아들》부터 지영호로 이름을 바꿨다. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
