This is a filmed 1987 ballet performance of the classic Cinderella story by Sergei Prokofiev. The choreographers chose to emphasize the comic and lively aspects of the fairy tale. The stepsisters are played by men in drag, and the production is very colorful and full of movement.

Cinderela é um filme estadunidense do gênero balé dirigido por Serguei Prokófiev lançado em 1987. Em sua versão desse já clássico balé de Prokófiev, Christensen e Smuin optam por privilegiar o seu lado mais cômico e desenvolto (a começar pelo fato de que as duas irmãs de Cinderela são feitas por homens).
