Macəra filmi Genuya konfransının açılışı ərəfəsində gənc Azərbaycan çekistlərinin inqilabdan sonra xaricdə sığınacaq tapmış neft maqnatlarının hazırladıqları təxribatçılıq əməliyyatını necə puça çıxarmalarından bəhs edir.
