Es werden verschiedene Szenen aus dem Training gezeigt, dazwischen Aussagen von mehreren Spielerinnen zu den anstrengenden Übungen und zu der mangelnden Akzeptanz ihres Sports bei Männern. Danach sind einige Szenen aus einem Pokalspiel gegen Wismut Karl-Marx-Stadt zu sehen, mit der Traineransprache von Bernd Schröder in der Halbzeitpause und einer Auswertung des knapp gewonnenen Spiels.
