How it feels

רסיסים הוא סרט קולנוע ישראלי משנת 1989 בבימויו של יוסי זומר, עם דני רוט ופולי רשף בתפקידים הראשיים. התסריט שנכתב על ידי יוסי זומר עוסק בלוחם הלום קרב שעובר תהליך של תרפיה קצרה עם מוכי הלם קרב נוספים כמוהו במשך שלושה שבועות שבסיומם עליהם להשתחרר ולפנות מקום לקבוצה נוספת. זומר שלח את התסריט לבמאי הידוע פרד זינמן שייעץ לזומר וזכה לתודה בסוף הסרט. תחילה נקרא הסרט "הלם קרב", אך אם יציאתו לאקרנים סרטו של יואל שרון, "בצילו של הלם קרב" שנה קודם, והופץ בשמו המקוצר "הלם קרב", החליט זומר לשנות את שם הסרט ל"רסיסים". את המוזיקה לסרט הלחין המוזיקאי יאן גרברק, ובמהלך אחת מהסצנות בסרט מופיעה הזמרת קרן ברק בשיר "In Beirut" (בביירות החיים נמשכים), בלחנו של דני גרנות.
