יוסל'ה, איך זה קרה? הוא סרט קולנוע ישראלי משנת 1989, בבימויו של טל רון לפי תסריט שכתבו נפתלי אלטר וישראל ויסלר (פּוּצ'וּ), על פי ספר בשם זה מאת ישראל ויסלר, עם דב נבון, יהונדב פרלמן ואביגיל אריאלי בתפקידים הראשיים. העלילה מתרחשת בשנת 1949, צעירים שהשתחררו מהמלחמה, מקימים קיבוץ משלט ליד ים המלח. אהבות ומריבות גדושות בהורמונים מתרחשות ביניהם עד לסוף הטוב של שלוש חתונות. פסקול המוזיקה הוא של להקת הנח"ל, רן ונמה ושלישיית אדלר. שיר הנושא "נעמה" מושר בפי גרי אקשטיין למילותיו של ישראל ויסלר וללחנו של נפתלי אלטר. הסרט צולם בקיבוץ מצפה שלם ומצוקי דרגות וכן בנתיב הל"ה, שם היה ויסלר בין מקימי הקיבוץ. הספר והסרט מבוססים על חוויותיו בתקופה ההיא. הסרט הוא למעשה המשך לסרט "חבורה שכזאת" משנת 1962.
