What happens
I Hired a Contract Killer is a film directed, produced and written by the Finnish auteur Aki Kaurismäki in 1990. It is a Finnish-British-German-Swedish co-production and stars the renowned French actor Jean-Pierre Léaud. The film also features a cameo appearance by Joe Strummer as a guitar player. The film's plot device of a man arranging for an assassin to kill him but later attempting to call off the deal is also used in the more famous 1998 American film Bulworth. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
