Pacific Heights is a 1990 American psychological horror thriller film directed by John Schlesinger, written by Daniel Pyne, and starring Melanie Griffith, Matthew Modine, and Michael Keaton. Its plot follows a San Francisco couple who restore a Victorian home in Pacific Heights and unwittingly rent a studio apartment inside it to a psychopath. Pacific Heights was released by 20th Century Fox in the United States on September 28, 1990.
