The 3D catalogue: film cases on wooden shelves, with the cat sitting at the counter next to its greeting.

The catalogue in 3D

The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this film is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.

What happens

Gude Crest - The Emblem of Gude (女戦士エフェ＆ジーラ　グーデの紋章, Onna Senshi Efe & Jīra: Gūde no Monshō; "Female Soldiers Efe & Jira: Crest of Gude") is a 1990 one-shot anime. The anime, based on the fantasy novel series Onna Senshi Efera to Jiriora by Reiko Hikawa, runs for 45 minutes and was produced by J.C.Staff and by Tairiku Shobu (大陸書房). It was published in English by ADV Films. Enoki Films USA licensed the series as Jun and Sarah: Sacrifice of the Evil Spirit. Jonathan Clements and Helen McCarthy, authors of The Anime Encyclopedia, Revised & Expanded Edition: A Guide to Japanese Animation Since 1917, described the work as being "in the spirit of the later Slayers".
