During the Iran-Iraq war, a unit of irregular fighters is sent on a mission to burn an oil refinery near Kirkuk. With help from local Iraqi Kurds, they carry out the operation and return home, but lose three comrades.

عملیات کرکوک فیلمی جنگی اکشن به کارگردانی و نویسندگی جمال شورجه محصول سال ۱۳۷۰ است. به منظور مقابله با تبلیغات نیروهای دشمن مبنی بر بی تحرکی نیروهای ایرانی، یک گروه از رزمندگان جنگهای نامنظم مأموریت مییابند طی عملیاتی در درون خاک دشمن، پالایشگاه شهر کرکوک را به آتش بکشند. گروه پس از مجاهدتهایی و گذراندن حوادثی به شهر نزدیک میشوند. در اینجا کردهای مسلمان عراقی به کمک آنها میآیند و همه دست در دست یکدیگر مأموریت را به سلامت به انجام میرسانند و با به جا گذاشتن سه شهید، بازمیگردند.
