《영구와 땡칠이 4 - 홍콩 할매 귀신》(Young-Gu And Daeng-Chil 4 : The Hong Kong Granny Ghost)은 한국에서 제작된 남기남 감독의 1991년 코미디, 가족, 판타지, 액션 영화이다. 심형래 등이 주연으로 출연하였고 안현동 등이 제작에 참여하였으며 해당 시리즈 후속으로는 <북두신검>이 기획됐지만 원래 주인공이었던 심형래가 제작사와의 마찰 때문에 갈라져 출연을 포기하자 <영구와 땡칠이 5-북두신검>에서《맹구와 북두신검》으로 급하게 수정했고 '맹구' 이창훈이 주역으로 발탁됐는데 TV에서 보여줬던 이창훈의 바보몸짓이 더욱 과장되어 묘사됐던 점 뿐 아니라 지옥마왕이 등장하는 등의 줄거리가 유치하기 짝이 없는 수준이란 혹평이 있었다.
