Hurricane Smith (also known as Dead on Delivery) is a 1992 Australian action film directed by Colin Budds and starring Carl Weathers as an American oil field worker named Billy 'Hurricane' Smith who travels to Australia on a quest to rescue his sister, where he gets mixed up with drug smugglers. It was the final theatrical production in which Stanley O'Toole served as film producer before his death on June 12, 2004. It was filmed in Brisbane and the Gold Coast and at Warner Roadshow Movie World Studios (now Village Roadshow Studios) in Queensland, Australia. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
