"맹구와 북두신검"(Maeng-Gu And Ursa Major God's Sword)은 한국에서 제작된 왕룡 감독의 1992년 코미디 영화이다. 이창훈 등이 주연으로 출연하였고 정욱 등이 제작에 참여하였으며 TV에서 보여줬던 이창훈의 바보몸짓이 더욱 과장되어 묘사됐던 점 뿐 아니라 지옥마왕이 등장하는 등의 줄거리가 유치하기 짝이 없는 수준이란 혹평이 있었고 처음 기획안은 《영구와 땡칠이》5편 '북두신검'이었지만 이 영화 주역 물망에 올랐던 심형래가 제작사와의 마찰 때문에 갈라져 출연을 포기하자 '맹구' 이창훈을 주역으로 기용하는 한편 해당 영화(맹구와 북두신검)로 급하게 수정했다.
