Caparas from a story and screenplay he co-wrote with Gigi Javier Alfonso and Efren Montano. Loosely based on the murders of Eileen Sarmenta and Allan Gomez and the arrest of Calauan Mayor Antonio Sanchez, the film stars Aga Muhlach, Kris Aquino, and Dick Israel.
