，是1993年臺灣電影，改編自槍擊要犯陳新發的生平事跡。 「獵龍專案」特攻隊根據可靠線報來源，得知十大槍擊要犯之首陳新發的藏身處，於是全體出動圍剿。怎料，這是陳新發故意捉弄警方，令得警方撲了空。 陳新發在貧窮農村中成長，綽號阿龍，自從小十分頑劣。某天，陳新發在偷東西時被抓到警察局，警官李富興見他年少不經事，所以就放他一馬送他回家。返家後，陳新發的媽媽告訴李富興說陳新發他從一生下來的時候，頭上就有著一塊青色的胎記，起初請很多醫生都沒辦法看出來是什麼病症，後來到廟裡請法師才知道他前世欠人債務，這一輩子被人詛咒，以後長大可能會危害社會。 但是，李富興雖曾勸陳新發改過向善，但他總是不聽教導，越來越變本加厲，只得將其之送入監獄裏。出獄後，陳新發返回故鄉邀集從小相識的好朋友，打算再度犯案…… (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
