Do Re Mi is a 1996 Philippine musical comedy film directed by Ike Jarlego Jr. from a screenplay written by Mel Mendoza-del Rosario. The film stars Donna Cruz, Regine Velasquez, and Mikee Cojuangco. The film is considered to be the most successful Filipino musical comedy of all time.
