What happens

A. K. 47 is an Indian action film directed by Om Prakash Rao and produced by Ramu. The film, which was the first film to use DTS in Kannada cinema, stars Shiva Rajkumar, alongside Chandini, Om Puri and Girish Karnad. The music was composed by Hamsalekha, while cinematography and editing were handled by P. Rajan and S. Manohar respectively. The film was simultaneously made in Kannada and Telugu with P. Sai Kumar playing Shiva Rajkumar's role in Telugu version. A. K. 47 was released in 120 theatres on 17 June 1999 and became a commercial success at the box office. The Telugu version was dubbed in Tamil under the same name. This film was remade in Hindi with the same title starring Kannada actor Aditya in his acting debut. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
