How it feels
A young writer from Kerman travels to Tehran to get a permit for his book on ancient Persian poetry. He gets lost in the desert meets strange characters and encounters old poets. He finally emerges from dry underground canals into the Tehran metro system.

ایران سرای من است تنها فیلم کارگردانی شده توسط پرویز کیمیاوی در ایران، پس از انقلاب و محصول سال ۱۳۷۷ است. سهراب نویسنده جوان کرمانی در تدارک تألیف کتابی دربارهٔ تاریخ شعر کهن ایران است و برای دریافت مجوز چاپ کتابش در راه تهران در کویر گم میشود. در راه با شخصیتهای عجیبی آشنا میشود و شاعران قدیمی در برابر او ظاهر میشوند. عاقبت از طریق قناتهای خشک کویر از راهروهای متروی تهران سر درمیآورد.
