Filmen är gjord som ett avsnitt ur den amerikanska dokumentärserien Insight och handlar om Killinggängets reklamkampanj emot filmkritikern Gunnar Rehlin. De har gjort reklamfilmer med slogans som Gunnar Rehlin – okarismatisk och tråkig, Gunnar Rehlin – har inte sex och Gunnar Rehlin – han utrotar folkslag.
