Før bombene falt er en norsk tv-dokumentar fra 1999 om konflikten mellom Serbia og Kosovo. Regi er ved Jon Haukeland. I 1999 møttes en gruppe serbiske og albanske ungdommer fra Kosovo i regi av Nansenskolen for å diskutere mulige løsninger på den fastlåste konflikten mellom folkegruppene. Dokumentaren forteller mest om bakgrunnen for motsetningene mellom serberne og albanerne i Kosovo. Regissør Jon Haukeland fulgte møtet, som fant sted på nøytral grunn i Montenegro. Møtet foregikk et par uker før NATO iverksatte angrepene på Milosevic' regime. Filmen var en samproduksjoner mellom Medieoperatørene og NRK Brennpunkt.
