The catalogue in 3D

The film shelves have a room of their own that you can walk around in. The cat behind the counter is the AI Catbot, and they pick real films from the same catalogue when you tell them what you feel like watching. Nothing is for sale, here or in there. Go in from here and this film is already out on the counter, with more like it waiting on the shelf next to it.

What happens

Valtapeliä elokuussa 1940 on Veli-Matti Saikkosen ohjaama ja kirjailija Veijo Meren käsikirjoittama suomalainen televisioelokuva vuodelta 2001, lajityypiltään historiallinen draama. Elokuva sijoittuu vuonna 1940 solmitun Moskovan rauhan jälkeiseen aikaan, jolloin Suomi neuvotteli Saksan kanssa mahdollisesta aseavusta, minkä johdosta marsalkka Mannerheimin, puolustusministeri Waldenin ja pääministeri Rytin oli tarkoitus selostaa tilannetta ulkopoliittisesta päätöksenteosta jo sivussa olleelle presidentti Kalliolle. Elokuva esitettiin Yle TV1:n Kotikatsomossa 17. joulukuuta 2001. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
