How it feels
In the final days of World War Two, an American army unit arrives at a remote Czech farm. The woman living there, Anne, feels trapped in an unhappy marriage and a rural life that is not her own. She strikes up a connection with one of the soldiers, and faces a difficult choice about whether to leave with them.
