Elämän äidit on Anastasia Lapsuin ja Markku Lehmuskallion ohjaama dokumenttielokuva vuodelta 2002. Elokuvassa seurataan 1990- ja 2000-luvuilla Siperiassa asuvan nenetsiperheen elämää. Elokuvan päähenkilönä on ikääntynyt nainen joka on kohdannut vastoinkäymisiä. Hänen miehensä on kuollut, kaksi hänen poikaansa ovat kuolleet, toinen on tapettu ja toinen on tehnyt itsemurhan, jonka lisäksi hänen poronsa ovat kadonneet myrskyssä Elokuva on itsenäinen jatko-osa Lehmuskallion vuoden 1994 elokuvalle Kadotettu paratiisi. Se koostuu sekä mustavalkoisista, että värillisistä jaksoista. Värilliset osiot on kuvattu vuosien 1992-1993 välisenä aikana ja ne ovat peräisin Kadotettu paratiisi -elokuvasta.
