The film stars Sven Garrett as a psychopathic photographer and serial killer who rapes, tortures and murders prostitutes. The film features cameos from horror icons Gunnar Hansen (The Texas Chain Saw Massacre), Cerina Vincent (Cabin Fever), and Tony Todd (Candyman).
