How it feels

In 1999 during the NATO bombing of Serbia, a black market dealer accidentally shoots down a plane with a missile he acquired illegally. The pilot lands by parachute on the dealer's roof, and the dealer's sister sees a chance to meet the American airman she has always dreamed of.
