Hedda Gabler er en amerikansk film fra 2004, i regi av Paul Willis. Manuset til Aaron Thomas, Paul Willis og Kristin Newbom er basert på Henrik Ibsens skuespill, Hedda Gabler, fra 1890. Tittelfigurens norske overklassebakgrunn har i filmen blitt omdannet til amerikansk middelklassetilhørighet. Handlingen er lagt til vår tid. Hedda Gabler ble innspilt i Wenatchee i delstaten Washington i løpet seks uker i juni og juli 2002. Seattle-baserte Northwest Film Forum gav prosjektet et såkalt «start to finish»-tilskudd og hjalp til med å skaffe til veie resten av finansieringen. Nasjonalkomiteen for Ibsen-satsingen støttet i 2002 prosjektet med NOK 50 000. Premieren fant sted på den internasjonale filmfestivalen i Seattle 12. juni 2004. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
