Tamburinmannen er en norsk dokumentarfilm fra 2005 regissert av Kari Anne Moe. Filmen skildrer Willy-Freddy Shanty som spiller tamburin i Frank Znort Quartet. Shanti er hiv-positiv og filmen skildrer et sterkt møte mellom ham og hans familie i Uganda. I Uganda er hiv et stort samfunnsproblem og den medisinske oppfølgingen av smittede er på et helt annet nivå enn i Norge. Filmen hadde premiere på Bergen Internasjonale Filmfestival (BIFF) den 25. oktober 2005 og etter det vist på TV 2 som en Dokument 2-produksjon. Filmens produsent er Odd Isungset fra TV 2.
