La demolición es una película de comedia dramática argentina de 2005 dirigida por Marcelo Mangone. Está basada en la obra de teatro homónima (2002) escrita por Ricardo Cardoso. Narra la historia de un hombre que lucha por detener la demolición de un edificio abandonado, donde solía funcionar la empresa para la cual trabajaba. Está protagonizada por Enrique Liporace y Jorge Paccini. La película se estrenó mundialmente el 21 de septiembre de 2005 en el Festival Internacional de Cine de San Sebastián, mientras que su estreno comercial en las salas de cines de Argentina fue el 2 de febrero de 2006.
