Hostel Dissected ist eine US-amerikanische Dokumentation aus dem Jahr 2006 von Gabriel Roth, bei welcher der Horrorfilm Hostel aus dem Jahr 2005 von Gabriel Roths Bruder Eli Roth behandelt wird.
