Storm over Everest on vuonna 2008 valmistunut David Breashearsin ohjaama dokumenttielokuva. Elokuva käsittelee toukokuussa 1996 tapahtunutta onnettomuutta Mount Everestillä, jossa menehtyi vuorikiipeilijöitä kolmesta kiipeilijäryhmästä. Dokumenttielokuvassa on materiaalia, joka on kuvattu Mount Everestillä vuonna 2004. Tuolloin tarkoituksena oli tehdä tositapahtumiin perustuva elokuva, jonka ohjaisi Stephen Daldry. Breashearsin mukaan tämä elokuva on nykyisin työn alla Universal-yhtiössä. Breashearsin viittaamaa elokuvaa ohjaa nyt David Fincher ja Stephen Daldry mainitaan lähdemateriaalin tekijänä..
