How it feels

Set 30 years after a deadly explosion, the film follows Jin-seo, a woman with a mental impairment caused by the disaster, and her brother Tae-woong. They live in a city that has rebuilt itself, but the townspeople still deal with the explosion's aftermath, and men take advantage of Jin-seo's trusting nature.
