חי, דק וצ'פצ'ולה הוא סרט מוזיקלי ישראלי לילדים, אשר הופץ ישירות לצפייה ב-DVD על ידי NMC יונייטד אנטרטיינמנט. הסרט בוים על ידי אלון אלוש ונכתב על ידי סמדר שיר, על פי רעיון של משה דץ, אשר שיחק בסרט לצד מיכל צפיר, מירב הרמל ועדי ביטי. הסרט צולם באולפני אוטופיה בפתח תקווה ואורכו כ-42 דקות. הסרט הופץ בדצמבר 2008, כאשר בנובמבר 2009 דץ וסמדר קיבלו אלבום פלטינה על מכירות של 40,000 עותקים שלו. בשנת 2015 עלתה בהפקת התיאטרון שלנו הצגת ילדים המבוססת על הסרט בשם "חי ודק", אשר בוימה ונכתבה על ידי רונן גולדפרב פלד.
