แฮปปี้เบิร์ธเดย์ (อังกฤษ: Happy Birthday) เป็นภาพยนตร์ไทยแนวโรแมนติก-ดราม่า ที่ออกฉายวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2551 สร้างและจัดจำหน่ายโดยโมทีฟ พลัส (เดิมคือ โมโนฟิล์ม) กำกับโดยพงษ์พัฒน์ วชิรบรรจง นำแสดงโดย อนันดา เอเวอริ่งแฮม, ฉายนันทน์ มโนมัยสันติภาพ มีเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับชายหนุ่ม "เต็น" (อนันดา) และหญิงสาว "เภา" (ฉายนันทน์) ที่รู้จักกันกันผ่านตัวหนังสือ ในหนังสือท่องเที่ยวที่เต็มไปด้วยข้อความที่ถูกเขียนส่งต่อให้กันและกัน โดยพวกเขาไม่เคยพบหน้ากัน ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ใช้เวลาถ่ายประมาณ 3 เดือน ส่วนใหญ่ถ่ายทำที่แม่ฮ่องสอนเป็นหลัก ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ยังมีเพลงประกอบ ชื่อ "เธอคือความฝัน" เพลงเก่าของวงพราว นำกลับมาทำใหม่โดยพราวเองและร่วมร้องกับเอิ้ล สตูดิโอโตโม่ (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
