How it feels

A young girl named Momo lives with her father after her mother left. Her older sister Karin shows up and has a seizure during a meal. Momo learns Karin has Asperger syndrome and ran away from a care facility. Karin is actually trying to make a lullaby for Momo who lost her sense of smell. The answers lie in a photo of musical notes and the house where they lived as kids.
