《音樂人生》（英語：KJ: Music and Life）是2009年一套香港紀錄片，由張經緯導演，紀錄香港音樂天才黃家正的成長歷程。電影於2009年4月3日在香港國際電影節首映，其後於7月16日起在百老匯電影中心、PALACE IFC及AMC又一城作特別放映。由於電影獲得極佳口碑，電影不斷加場至九十五場，而每場均逾九成入座率。電影於2009年第46屆金馬獎中獲提名並奪得最佳剪輯、最佳音效及最佳紀錄片，其後於2009年12月10日在香港，及於2010年1月1日在台灣台北信義威秀影城上映，並於2010年1月奪得第16屆香港電影評論學會大獎最佳電影獎。 第29屆香港電影金像獎提名最佳電影、最佳剪輯、最佳音響效果及新晉導演並奪得新晉導演。 (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
