Spring Breakdown is a 2009 American comedy film directed by Ryan Shiraki and starring Amy Poehler, Parker Posey, and Rachel Dratch. The movie was originally filmed in 2006 and was then sold to Warner Independent Pictures, where it sat on the shelf.
