Film opowiada historię niedoręczonego listu, jednego z tych, które w związku z nieodnalezieniem adresata trafiają do Urzędu Przesyłek Niedoręczalnych w Koluszkach. Film jest dedykacją dla Katarzyny Maciejko-Kowalczyk, która była montażystką i współpracowniczką Marcela Łozińskiego.
