How it feels
In the 1950s, the Canadian government tricked Inuit families into moving to the high Arctic and then abandoned them there. The film follows Martha Flaherty and her family as they survive in the freezing wilderness. It is a story of betrayal and endurance in a forgotten chapter of history.
