What happens

Turtles Forever is a 2009 American animated superhero film that is a crossover between the 2003 animated television series and 1987 television series incarnations of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. The plot follows the two sets of Turtles as they save the multiverse from the wrath of Ch'Rell, the Utrom Shredder of the 2003 television series. Directed by Roy Burdine and Lloyd Goldfine and written by Goldfine, Rob David, and Matthew Drdek, it was produced in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the characters while also serving as the finale to the 2003 television series. Turtles Forever premiered on The CW4Kids in the United States on November 21, 2009. The film received generally positive reviews from fans and critics. (from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA)
