The Butterfly Effect 3: Revelations is a 2009 American science fiction horror film directed by Seth Grossman. It is the third installment in The Butterfly Effect franchise. The film is set in Detroit, Michigan with most of the filming done there. The film was first screened at After Dark Horrorfest film festival before going straight-to-video, with the theatrical release occurring internationally.
