Glavu dole ruke na leđa je hrvatski dokumentarno-igrani film o vukovarskim hrvatskim braniteljima koji su zarobljeni i završili u srpskim koncentracijskim logorima. Prikazuje svjedočanstva o tragediji koja ih je snašla, kao i mučenjima koja su se odvijala svakodnevno.
